Secret Garden Apartments

Secret Garden Apartment is located in the former ‘Burg di Scigulatt’ (or Borgo degli Ortolani), an ancient neighborhood in Milan. The borgo was situated between Porta Tenaglia and Porta Volta, near the Arco della pace. Once on the outskirts, it was known for its farmhouses, rural settlements, and two churches: Sant’Ambrogio ad Nemus and the church of SS Trinità, of which only a few remains exist.

Even now, alongside the new skyline of City Life, it retains the charm of the neighborhood: lively cafes, small restaurants with outdoor tables, and a vibrant weekly market make the area extremely livable.

In the courtyard of the building, dating back to the early 20th century, a lush ‘secret’ garden offers a tranquil space to read or relax after visiting the numerous museums or enjoying exclusive shopping in the city center.
